January 2010 Cultural District Events

Its damp , cold, rainy, snowy and simply all that January brings to the lovely city of Pittsburgh. Its a great time of year to stay home and snuggle in an oversized sweater or blanket. Personally speaking, i can stay indoors for a long time and love every moment of it. Then there are the times, that i just need to feel pretty and go out somewhere.
There are 2 weeks left in January. Here are a few of the events going on that you just may want to dress up and leave your cozy home for. A few hours of going out, does the mind good. Socializing is essential to humans. Laughter is essential to humans. Communicating is essential to humans.
Maybe i will see you at one or more of the following events:

Friday, January 22nd- GALLERY CRAWL, MIDSUMMERS NIGHT DREAM at the O'Reilly Theater, SALSA FRIDAYS at the Cabaret at Theater Square.
Saturday, January 23rd- FOREVER PLAID at the Cabaret at Theater Square, BNY MELLON GRAND CLASSICS;Emperor Concerto with EMANUEL AX at Heinz Hall.
Tuesday, January 26th- CATS at Benedum Center.
Wednesday, January 27th- OLIVER'S first birthday at Salon Christine!!
Thursday, January 28th-RENT at Byham Theater

So girls, put on your little black dress, a pair of heels and a warm wrap.
Go Out!
